Account Settings

The account settings contain your own login settings and the account's billing and user administration. Open them via your avatar at the top right of the web app: the account menu leads to the individual areas. In the settings, tabs let you switch between them.

  • Account & Security: your email address, password, and two-factor authentication. Available to everyone.
  • Payment Details: billing information, payment method, data processing agreement, and codes. Available to admins, managers, and billing managers.
  • Invoices: the invoice list and downloads. Available to admins, managers, and billing managers.
  • User Management: logins, invitations, and roles. Available to admins and managers.

The account menu also contains Support and Sign out.

Incomplete details

As long as the recipient details or the billing address of your account are incomplete, your avatar, the menu item Payment Details, and the tab of the same name show an exclamation mark. Complete the details under Payment Details.
